- Strict Zero Fixed Income Policy for Head of Sales & Staff: RAMMS GROUPS does NOT offer any fixed monthly salary, unearned retainers, or idle allowances to Sales Executives or the Head of Sales. The compensation of the Head of Sales is 100% strictly contingent upon collective team sales volume, team milestone execution, and verified closed acquisitions. If team production is zero, overriding incentives remain strictly ZERO (₹0).
- Effort-Driven Remuneration: Total compensation directly reflects individual and departmental effort, closed client billings, and honest performance. No individual holds entitlement to unearned corporate funds.
- Strict Prohibition of Personal UPI/Cash Collections: Neither a Sales Executive nor the Head of Sales is authorized to collect, accept, or solicit cash or funds into personal bank accounts, GooglePay, PhonePe, or personal UPI IDs[span_22](start_span)[span_22](end_span). 100% of all client and learner payments must be processed directly via the official payment gateway on rammsgroups.site[span_23](start_span)[span_23](end_span). 3. Mandatory Identity Verification & Official ID Cards
To prevent fraud, impersonation, and unauthorized representation:
- Every verified student, affiliate partner, and job executive is assigned a unique system ID and an Official Digital Identity Badge/Card.
- Official ID credentials must be maintained securely and cannot be shared, cloned, or transferred to third parties.
4. Zero Data Selling & Financial Security
No Data Selling: RAMMS GROUPS does NOT sell, rent, monetize, trade, or distribute user, client, or employee data to any third-party marketing agency or data broker.
Payment Processing Security: All transactions are routed through RBI-authorized payment gateways. RAMMS GROUPS never stores card PINs, UPI PINs, or bank passwords on its servers.
Anti-Fraud, Financial Misconduct & Legal Prosecution
Zero Tolerance for Cheating, Unauthorized Surcharges, and Financial Malpractice
1. Prohibition of Unauthorized Overcharging
All official product and service prices are strictly fixed on rammsgroups.site.
No affiliate partner, sales executive, employee, or agent is authorized to charge or collect any additional fee—even as small as ₹0.01 (One Paisa)—beyond the officially displayed invoice price.
Collecting cash, demanding personal commissions, or taking direct payments into private personal UPI IDs or personal bank accounts is treated as criminal fraud and theft.
2. Direct Criminal Prosecution & Indian Laws (BNS & IT Act)
If any affiliate, contractor, sales executive, or individual is found:
- Cheating, defrauding, or attempting to steal company or client funds,
- Overcharging any client or collecting unapproved fees,
- Misrepresenting company offerings or committing identity theft using fake company letterheads or fake ID cards,
RAMMS GROUPS will immediately initiate:
Direct Criminal FIR & Police Action: Under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) (including provisions for Cheating, Criminal Breach of Trust, and Extortion) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (for computer-related fraud and cyber identity theft).
Permanent Termination & Blacklisting: The immediate termination of their contract, permanent revocation of their ID badge, and forfeiture of all pending commissions or salaries.
